This is an 8-week telehealth coaching program (starting 2024) that provides ongoing support, pain neuroscience education, and resources to process emotional and behavioral triggers of pain. Our clinical team is trained in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, helping you unlearn some of the behaviors and patterns of persistent pain. Private Nurse Coaching
Not sure if you want to commit to an 8-week intensive pain recovery program? It’s okay, we can discuss some of the health issues that you may be experiencing such as stress, pain, and emotional burnout. This is a 55-minute consultation that includes a clinical assessment, review of medical records (past and current medical history), communication with your healthcare provider (if necessary), references for pain recovery, and relaxation techniques to decrease pain symptoms.
