This Refund, Cancellation, and Terms Policy pertains to the Mindfully Pain Free

Educational Program:

Cancellations and refunds will be granted according to the following conditions:

• Full refunds will be granted to all cancellations up to one (1) day prior to the starting day of the program.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours (1) days prior to the starting day of the program will receive a 50% refund.

• No monetary refunds will be made for “No Shows”. Alternately, a list of dates to attend other program dates will be given. FYI – (a “No Show” is a person who registers for a program but who does not cancel registration or attend the program).

Refunds will be processed as they are received or after the conclusion of the program,

depending on the program date and when cancellation occurs. Refunds may take up to five to seven business days to process.

Cancellations must be confirmed as having been received by the deadline date. Please
